Accessibility statement

MX FINTECH INC., trading as EmbedBank, is committed to making our services usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the accessibility of our website and dashboard, known limitations, and how to get help if you encounter a barrier.

1. Conformance

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Our current conformance status: partially conformant. This means most of our content meets the standard, but some parts do not fully conform. Known exceptions are listed in Section 3.

2. What we do

  • Design colour palettes with WCAG-AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI)
  • Ensure all interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard alone
  • Provide meaningful alt text for all informative images
  • Label all form fields, including error messaging that's screen-reader accessible
  • Use semantic HTML (headings, lists, landmarks) so assistive tech can navigate the page structure
  • Support browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Avoid content that flashes more than three times per second
  • Provide text alternatives for time-based media (captions on videos, transcripts for audio)

3. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on our site does not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. The following are known issues we're working on:

  • Some dashboard charts convey information visually and are not yet fully described to screen readers; the same figures are available as text in the transactions list.
  • Some interactive components have not been verified against every screen-reader and browser combination listed in Section 4.
  • Colour contrast has not yet been audited across every state of every component.

4. Assistive technologies we test with

  • Screen readers: VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA and JAWS (Windows)
  • Speech recognition: Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Voice Control
  • Zoom: browser zoom, macOS/iOS Zoom, Windows Magnifier
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • High-contrast and dark modes

This statement was last reviewed on August 5, 2026 and reflects an internal self-assessment. No third-party accessibility audit has been carried out yet; when one is, this statement will be updated with the auditor and the audit date.
